Progrits has acquired the leading supplier of transport management systems Barkfors Fleet AB, to strengthen its position in transport and logistics, and to participate in developing Barkfors to the next level.
Progrits is a group of software companies with niche B2B offers against clearly defined segments.
Currently, we are active in Vehicles, E-commerce, Transport / Logistics, and Travel. The Group has approximately 100 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 200 million. We have had Barkfors on our radar for a long time, as we like the company's profile and position on one very interesting market.
