Infospread becomes part of Progrits

On Friday, July 3, 2020, Infospread Euro AB became a wholly owned part of the software group Progrits.

We look forward to the benefits that this acquisition will bring.

Progrits is a company group of B2B-oriented software companies, operating in three segments: Travel, Vehicles and E-commerce / Logistics. The Group has 122 employees and has a turnover of approximately SEK 200 million.

Former owners of Infospread now becomes shareholders in Progrits AB to contribute to continuity and development of the company.

Thomas Hellgren Invest AB is the second biggest shareholder of Progrits AB and Progrits is a valuable asset in the portfolio.
