Investment in Halmslätten

We have now invested in Halmslätten which is a real estate company that owns and manages two modern environmentally certified logistics properties in Halmstad and Umeå with a total lettable area of ​​73,000 m2.

Since December 2018, Halmslätten has owned and managed the logistics properties Halmstad Vrangelsro 5: 4 and Umeå Logstiken 3. The buildings are environmentally certified according to BREEAM and built in 2009 and 2015 respectively. The properties are fully let to Axel Johnson-controlled Martin & Servera which is Sweden's leading restaurant and catering specialist .

The buildings have a very high technical standard and are adapted to fully meet the tenant's specific needs and constitute a tool for the tenant to be able to create value in their business towards the end customer.


Halmslätten is a present property owner with an ambition to develop, refine and manage the properties in close cooperation and with regard to the tenant in order to be able to support this in the long term in their daily operations.


The company contributes to a better environment by only owning and managing energy-efficient and environmentally certified properties in environmentally efficient logistics locations.
