Netset becomes a part of Progrits

Netset, the leading provider of B2B e-commerce solutions for the IT- and telecom industry, is now a part of the Nordic software group Progrits. The acquisition implicates great opportunities for both the company and the group in terms of growth on an international market.





As of the 9th of June, 2021, Netset AB is a wholly owned subsidiary within the Nordic software group Progrits. Netset’s solutions are used by over 600 IT resellers in Europe and the USA. The customer base primarily consists of Nordic companies, e.g., ATEA, Advania, Telia Company and TietoEvery, with a growing number of companies in the UK, Continental Europe and the US. The acquisition will now further strengthen Netset internationally. – We are well established on the Swedish and Nordic markets, with a number of customers in the rest of Europe and in the US. As a part of Progrits we will be able to accelerate the international expansion, says Jens Rosberg, CEO at Netset.


Netset is the market leading developer and supplier of e-commerce solutions to B2B companies in the IT- and telecom industry. The customer base is diversified, both geographically as well as in terms of company sizes, covering a span from small and medium-sized companies to multimarket and global enterprises. To ensure further and faster growth Netset realized the need of additional competencies and resources, something that they found in Progrits.

Progrits is a group of B2B oriented software companies, active in three segments: Travel, Automotive and E-commerce/Logistics. The group employs 190 co-workers, with a turnover of approximately 260 MSEK. The acquisition is strategically important for Progrits. Netset brings know-how, experience and products that strengthens the group for further growth.
